I’ve read many stories about kids missing school because of ICE in the area.

When I was young schools closed because of ice on the roads.

I like water. No need to add flavor or bubbles or diamond glitter or alkalines. My area has good quality tap water and I drink that at home.

Used to live in Los Angeles. Tap water is nasty so there are stores that literally sell filtered water and supplies. It was $0.25 per gallon. Most people have have five multiple five gallon containers.
