This may come off as really pretentious, but when I’m feel a wistful melancholy for the past, I hear this short poem I wrote a few years ago called Still Here:

I thought this feeling cast away

Though here it is, perhaps to stay

Though years have passed and I have cried

My inward plea is still denied

So getting bombed by the USA equals “This is two evil fucking regimes going to war for no apparent reason”??

I don’t want to get dragged into the rest of this argument, but yes getting bombed and then retaliating with missiles does mean that Iran has gone to war. It doesn’t mean they started it, which is very worth noting, but it does mean they’ve gone to war.

Iran can be considered an evil regime, the USA can be considered an evil regime, therefore the two of them being at war does mean it can be said that two evil regimes are going to war.

There were many decades between the proliferation of home phones and cell phones. During that time many people may be away from home and need to contact someone over the phone. Payphones were installed in public places that anyone could use to meet that need. They took change in exchange for minutes using the phone.

I agree, but I think there are enough people who conflate working class with blue collar that making the distinction is justified.

My understanding is that one of the upsides to Bazzite is that Nvidia drivers are pretty easy to install and manage. That was the thing that turned me off of Fedora when I tried making the switch to that a couple years ago.

Is that easy to do in Kinoite? This is the first I’ve heard of it, and it sounds like exactly what I would want out of Bazzite.

Were you around when it released? There was a somewhat small but steady voice online that disliked the weapon degradation, lack of traditional dungeons, the small scale of what dungeons there were, and the clunkiness of the UI.
