With my own money, it would have been some ZX Spectrum budget title. I clearly remember Fantasy World Dizzy being mine and I think I bought it with my own money rather than it being purchased for me, so I’m going to go with that.
+1 for NetSurf, I wrote the Amiga GUI for that.

No. Thinking about it terrifies me. I can’t comprehend nonexistence, and trying to make sense of it ties me in knots.

If adult, that’s definitely not normal.
Child/teen I can see good reasons why they might.
For me the answer is never, but I was goody two-shoes and boring, so there was nothing of interest to find.
3·4 months agoI’ve not used paint.net so this might be completely off the mark, but Pinta is a good little paint program which might be a reasonable alternative.
There are a few petrol shortages in the UK I believe, but that’s mostly people panic buying. I have an EV so doesn’t affect me!
