I don’t think quantum computing is a bubble at all, at least not yet. It’s still firmly in the stage of being explored and understood in a healthy way. I could see it having the possibility of being a bubble, but it would take significant advances in making it more available.

So if I’m reading it right they basically just tried it out and then decided to not use it, removing anything that used it? I can see how technically that it ‘was used at all in development’, but also seems a lil silly to pull the awards based on it.

They probably should have clarified how they used it a lot earlier, but I also don’t blame them for trying out a new tool.

Oh, it absolutely will be cool as shit if it is actually a realized thing, and I’ll probably play the shit out of it, it’s just been in development soooo long and had so many problems that at this point if they get it done great, just not holding out my hopes too much.

Vintage story is interesting, I do kinda like it, but imo terrafirmacraft, the Minecraft mod/overhaul the devs originally started on, is much more polished. It is different from VS, and there are things I like more about VS than TFC though.

Still a lil skeptical and waiting to see if they actually release it, but cool to see some progress regardless
