If I’m going out: Phone, keys, cigarettes, lighter, wallet.
If I’m staying in: phone, weed vape.

If I’m going out: Phone, keys, cigarettes, lighter, wallet.
If I’m staying in: phone, weed vape.
Twice as much as one many times.
Absolutely!

Biblical or Diablo 4?
Yeah, it probably does. The more the place relies on deep fryers, the more stank in the air.
Even when I was FOH, I still brought the stank home.
This might be a bigger variable than anyone thinks.
When I worked in a kitchen and came home smelling of old fries, I couldn’t go to bed feeling like that.

I rarely have anything worth creating a post for, but I’m consistently commenting.

War. War never changes.

Which is exactly what someone with depression would say. Clinical Depression doesn’t bother to tell you that it’s a special kind of sadness.
Besides, It’s a lot easier to fix your body’s chemistry than it is to fix your whole life, so why not start small?

This could just be depression.
I don’t think it will shock anybody to learn it was a free all day Bluegrass show.

What do we count as “don’t remember”?
I get that we can’t remember every detail of everything that’s ever happened, but generally, I can remember what a typical day was like for pretty much every year I was alive (not counting the first few). A lot of those memories are repetitive or dull, so we kind of bunch them all together, but even things I’ve forgotten, if some one says remember when… I’ll typically be able to recall some bits of the story.
My wife on the other hand literally couldn’t tell you who most of her grade school teachers were because she’s trauma blocked most of her childhood.

It’s been a while since I took a picture.
Some context for this otherwise mundane photo:
This is on a college campus.
This man does not work for Grounds.
This was his transportation to a community event.

He sounds pretty serious. I think we should trust him.

I feel you.
1 was fun, 2 was AMAZING, 3 was a disappointment, and 4, I finished the story and haven’t really touched it since.

You are either horribly mistaken or terribly ancient.

I’ve never used more than a squeeze and a shake.
Then: Recently laid off from a supervisor position by Verizon because “only paying commissioned sales people = more revenue and less expenses”. Living in a little house with a constantly flooded basement with my wife and three kids. On Reddit. Bad credit.
Now: Working at a job I enjoy at the local college and living in a bigger house with a new wife, three kids and two stepsons. On Lemmy. Good credit.
No! I swear they LITERALLY asked for it!
