I’m generally the same way. If I made a contribution, there is either a bug that is annoying the shit out of me, or it’s actually preventing progress at my job somehow. Which means I pretty much only make drive-by contributions.

That said, there is a benefit to this from a human perspective. The drive-by fixes from people like me should improve over time as we do more of them. The same can not be said about a bot.

I would like AIs a whole lot more if they would: 1) respond in as few words as possible, and 2) be right way more often then they currently are. As it is, I only use them if all other research methods have failed (very rarely). And even then, I don’t actually read their output, I skim for keywords to do research on.

A completely made up example on a topic I already know things about: If I’m looking for a stronger drill but I’m just finding more drills, maybe it will say something about an impact driver and I can go research what that is and figure out if it is what I need.

How is Russia supposed to invade the US? Russia can’t even take over their neighbor and Russia lost a huge portion of their Black Sea Fleet to a country that doesn’t even have a navy. If they can’t even do that, how do they land troops on a continent on the other side of the world, a continent protected by the world’s strongest navy and air force.

Tomahawk is just one weapon system. It isn’t even our only cruise missile system. JASSM, LRASM, Harpoon, and SLAM are all in-service cruise missiles used by the US. And those are just off the top of my head.

If you want to get into one-way attack drones (ie, cheap cruise missiles), we have things like LUCAS as well.

E10 is still offered.

As per the article, this is extending winter fuel blends in states where E15 isn’t offered year-round.

Any car made after 2010 handles E15 just fine. It’s cheaper than E10 and has lower carbon emissions. I pretty much only fill up with E15 due to the lower prices.

Cars made after 2010 work well with E15. And many cars handle E85 as well. For E100 specifically, not sure.

E15 is perfectly safe for any car made after 2010. There is a reason it is widely offered in many states.

E15 is also significantly cheaper, like $0.30/gal cheaper. I pretty much only fill up at stations that have it.

From the article it sounds like it is based on your state. Odd to me that year-round E15 and E85 isn’t available everywhere. It’s cheaper and lowers carbon emissions.

Even just the E15 here is $0.30 cheaper than the E10. I have even seen it drop to $0.50 cheaper from time to time.
