Massive software layoffs have been common for as long as I can remember. I think it’s not that big of an issue to explain why you are looking for a job in that field. Oh your last job was xxx ahh they laid off x number of employees.

Why does this even matter. It was up to 128 dollars a barrel years ago before the Saudis tanked oil prices and it didn’t effect the price at the pump in any meaningful way

I think she’s perfect on the new music but her singing the old stuff just isn’t there yet.

Which is fair, she will improve on that but I think she just needs more of her own music before she will get a fair response from the crowd. Which is just a matter of time so this isn’t even a complaint
