If I understand your comment correctly what you are describing is how Congress was originally setup! It was broken by the Re-Apportionment Act of 1912. No need to re-write the Constitution it’s “just” a Federal Law.

It’s really not SCOTUS that needs reformed it’s actually our Constitution. It was simply never meant for the environment in which it now exists, it’s unfit for purpose. The easiest way to explain is that the US Constitution wasn’t meant to control an all powerful central authority, it was meant to prevent one. SCOTUS twisted that shortly after the Civil War and now here we are trying to manage ourselves by looking at a mirror reflection of our guiding document.

I’m already using Linux everywhere I can both personally and at work, heck even my work laptop is running Linux. The blocker on my work desktop is that the remote access tool I use multiple times a day doesn’t have a functional Linux version.
I could switch my work desktop over to Apple but I’ve never liked MacOS.
I’ll hate it because this already happens with links in MS Teams where despite having a high spec work computer it makes the system so sluggish that the mouse cursor won’t move smoothly for 15 seconds or so while it sorts itself out.

It’s well established that Federal Law Enforcement can enter nearly any space or building that is open to the public. They can potentially be barred from entering private spaces, such as offices, inside a building unless they have a judicial warrant but that’s about it. Basically if you or I can walk in there then Federal LE can too and no Executive Order is going to change that.

Where the cartels would face Law Enforcement AND a population capable who are both capable of eliminating them. I’m not arguing for it to happen nor saying it wouldn’t be awful for Cartel terror to start happening in the United States however in the U.S. both our Law Enforcement and our population are capable of extreme violence.
I seriously can’t imagine the things I’ve seen playing out in Mexico over the last 48 hours happening here, at least not outside some of our very large cities and even then only for very short amounts of time.
As an example a cartel group trying to block roadways with burning vehicles is likely to get shot to literal pieces once people figure out what is going on.
A cartel pushing an overwhelming attack on Law Enforcement would result in a public call for help and hundreds to thousands of people with essentially unlimited arms and ammo would be there in minutes.
Shootout / killing in the streets? Sure those might work for a few hours, maybe a day, but after that 1/2 half of the country would be walking around visibly armed and ready to throw down.
My point here is that fights inside the United States would not end like they do inside of Mexico and that’s WITHOUT the US Military being involved. The United States is a violent country, always has been, and groups REALLY fuck themselves when they do something to get all that violence redirected at them.
This is an enormous “No Duh” to anyone who has been paying attention. Cooperation between Mexican Authorities and US NORTHCOM has been public knowledge for months now as is what they are doing and how they are doing it.
It’s also happening in areas where education HASN’T been defended or dismantled. It’s happening in areas that aren’t Republican controlled too.
