I had that sort of thought myself not long ago. If Donald Trump just showed up in front of me out of the blue one day, would I try to kill him?

I don’t consider myself a radical or revolutionary. I’m not gunning to be the next big-name presidential assassin to appear in the history books. I’m just a normal, everyday person trying to get by, one day at a time.

But I think I would. I dunno. Maybe a lot of other normal people feel the same way.

I don’t care if it would be my last action on this earth; I’d jump at the opportunity.

I had the opportunity in '24 while he was campaigning. I was alone in the room with him for about two minutes. He was repulsive and I refused to say a word to him beyond a brief introduction as I was escorted into the room. I had a sizable knife and a multi-tool on me at the time. My friends and family will never let me live down the opportunity I threw away, but I wouldn’t have made it out alive. I’m realizing now, they’re essentially saying they’d rather have him dead than me alive.

you could have spared us all so much and for that i will never forgive you, person i have never met.

okay, i’m over it but YOU BLEW IT ALL UP! DAMN YOU! DAMN YOU TO HELL! fuck i got my wrong nerd rage going but you get it. one of these days we will collectively forgive you and then we will chuckle about it over a cup of, i don’t know, boiled morning water i don’t know what life is going to look like in 20 years
