27 days agoThey’ve had difficulty convincing grand juries to indict in other sketchy cases. I have to wonder what super secret group of totally-not-ICE-officials this was approved by.

5·1 month agoYes! We lock people up not only for what they’ve already done, but to also prevent them from continuing to commit crimes.
That’s how I read it. They are already using it, but want absolutely no guardrails or ethical interference.
